DAY 1 - WARM UP

​

Hike between secluded beaches. Finish with a bonfire and beach barbeque.

Experience an amazing 5 hour hike between secluded beaches in St Lucia. Most likely we will not meet any other human beeings until we reach our last beach were we will enjoy a beach barbeque and a bonfire when the sun goes down.

DAY 2 - SAIL & HIKE

Sail down the west coast of St Lucia. Hike a peak in the rainforest.

We set sail just after 06.00, when the sun goes up. After 3 hours we will reach our destination on the west coast of
St Lucia. A transport is waiting for us to take us hiking in the rainforest where we have an amazing 5-6 hour hike up to to the top of a mountain in the middle of the rainforest with an amazing views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Carribean Sea. There is a legend that pirates back in the day hide a treasure on this mountain. We will not likely meet any other human beeings when we enter the rainforest.

A 3-4 hour sail close to the coast of St Lucia.
A 5-6 hour hike deep in the rainforest.
In the rainforest we will hike the tallest peak of St Lucia with amazing views.
DAY 3 - HIKE & SAIL

Hiking the Piton and set sail to Saint Vincent.

When the sun comes up, about 06.30, we get ready to hike the Petit Piton. Its a pretty tough hike going from sea level to 739 m. Your reward is an amazing view over St Lucia and the Caribbean Sea. No climbing experience is needed. Its a tough hike but involves no climbing. The Hike takes about 4 hours. When we come back to sea level we set sail to St Vincent.

DAY 4 - VULCANO

From a secluded bay, an area where the indigenous Carib people used to live before Christoper Columbus came, we will start hiking the Vulcano with a guide. The hike will get you spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and amazing nature to hike in. After the hike a transport will take us to the boat which will be located in a bay where they filmed Pirates of the Caribbean.

A 5-6 hour hike up the Vulcano.
Starting at sea level and finish at 1234 m above the sea.

DAY 5 - MUSTIQUE

Sail to the legendary island of Mustique where royalties and celebrities hang out.

After 4 days of hiking we will now set sail to Mustique, known for its turquoise waters, legendary Basils Bar and all celebrities that spend their vacations here. Its only a 4 hour sail and we set sail after a calm morning in St Vincent.

DAY 6 - TOBAGO CAYS

World of snorkeling, coral reefs, turtles and lobsters.

Tobago Cays, a mini archipelago of five islands an coral reefs, are just a 3 hour sail away from Mustique. This is a perfect spot of snorkeling, hanging out on the beach and to have lobster on the beach. After a few hours of fun we will head to Mayreau, just a 45 min ride, to spend the afternoon and night. Dinner will be served at a local beach restaurant.

DAY 7 - MAYREAU TO BEQUIA

We are now heading back to civilization, to the vibrant Island of Bequia.

After a slow morning we set sail to Bequia, also known as "the big little island". Bequia is a vibrant island with lots of activities. The following day we will stay in Bequia the whole day to really enjoy its beauty, have free time and choose your activities yourself.

DAY 8 - EXPLORE BEQUIA

A day of activities you choose yourself; beach life, scuba diving, island tour - it´s up to you.

After many days of new experiences; sailing the route of Columbus, hiking in the rainforest, going up a vulcano, snorkeling coral reefs and eating lobster, its time for a day where you decide your activities yourself on the beautiful Island of Bequia. The Island has beautiful beaches, many restaurants, great scuba diving. You will decide yourself whats in it for you this day.

DAY 9 - HIDDEN WATERFALL

Explore a hidden waterfall, only accessable from the sea, on our way north.

Early in the morning we set sail north towards Soufriére in St Lucia. On the way we stop off the coast in St Vincent. We take the dinghy to shore where we do a short hike to a hidden and spectacular waterfall. Just the feeling of beeing here ourselves is amazing.We then continue to sail St Lucia. Whoever that still wants to experience an adventure can come along and take a bath in a hot vulcano in St Lucia.

DAY 10 - LAST LEG

Time to enjoy Rodney Bay. A place of many battles between the french and brittish during th 18:th century.

After a 3 hour sail up the coast of St Lucia; lunch at legendary restaurant Spinnakers, right on the beach. The rest of the day can be enjoyed in Rodney Bay with its rich history of Arawak Indians and battles between the french and the brittish. A visit to Admiral Georges Brydges Rodneys fort in Pigeon Island is a must! We sum up the trip, maybe with a rum- or ti punch?

ACCOMMODATION -
THE BOAT

During the whole 10-day adventure you stay in the boat. The boat has 4 cabins with a doublebed, wc and shower in each cabin. A maximum of 8 guests can stay on the boat. The boat and your bed in one of the cabins are included in the price you are offered. 

EXPERIENCED SKIPPER

The boat will be sailed by an experienced skipper with great local knowledge. No previous sailing experience is needed for you as participant in the Caribbean Adventure.

FOOD - ALL INCLUDED

We have a cook on the boat dedicated to prepare all meals for you that is included in the package during the adventure. When you do your booking you provide information about food allergies.

A menu will be sent out after you do your booking.

  • What is included in the package?
    Included is: - Accommodation on the yacht during the whole trip. - All expenses concerning the yacht. - Professional Skipper. - A cook that prepare all meals, groceries included. - All meals included. - All tourguides and other potential fees. Not Included - Scuba Diving, a separate offer can be made. - Your own Activities in Bequia Day 6, for example hiring a speedboat to go to Mustique, Scuba Diving etc. - If you decide to visit a restaurant instead of eating on the yacht.
  • How do I book this trip?
    Go to page "Book Your Trip" to register and book. You can also contact us to discuss the trip.
  • Do I need experience of sailing?
    No experience of sailing is needed. The Skipper and his/her crew (the cook) handles the boat perfectly well by themselves.
  • Do I need experience of climbing?
    No climbing experience is needed. You need to be an active person to be able to do all hikes. However, if you want to skip a hike, its not a problem!
  • Do I need to be fit?
    You need to be quite fit to do all hikes and have some experience of hiking. However, if you wish to skip a hike and stay back on the boat or on land while the others are hiking, its fine! There will always be crew on the boat and you will not be alone.
  • Do I need to participate on all hikes?
    If you want /need to skip a hike and stay back on the boat it is not a problem. The boat will have crew, either the skipper or the cook (or both) staying back by the boat during hikes.
  • Can I get seasick?
    It is possible. When we sail south alongside the coast of St Lucia and St Vincent the water will be calm. When we sail across the straight from St Lucia to St Vincent the waves are bigger. However, this is a trip of about 4 hours across the straight, and after we reach the coast of St Vincent the water will be calm again. When we sail from St Vincent to Bequia there are bigger waves for about 1,5 - 2 hours of the trip. We recommend motion sickness plasters/tablets to prevent feeling sick.
